1. Do I have to pay in full when I book?
No, you only need to pay a 50% deposit when booking your appointment online. The remaining balance will be paid at the salon after your service.
2. What happens if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you can rebook with a 50% discount on your next appointment.

4. Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Yes! You can select more than one service during the booking process. The deposit will be 50% of the total cost of all selected services.
5. What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Stripe when booking online.
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially for weekends, as our calendar fills up quickly.
7. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
8. Do you offer walk-ins?
We work by appointment only to ensure a personalized and punctual experience for every client.
9. How do I choose the best service for me?
Let us know what you’re looking for—natural look, durability, full set, etc.—and we’ll guide you to the best option. You can also review all service descriptions when booking online.

11. Can I choose my nail technician?
We always try to accommodate requests when possible. If you have a preferred technician, you can leave a note when booking your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it happen, based on availability.
12. How long does each service take?
Most appointments take between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the service you choose.
For example:
Basic Russian Manicure: ~45 minutes
No-Chip or Overlay: ~60–75 minutes
Full Set: ~90 minutes
Pedicures may take a little longer if combined with nail art or customizations.
13. Do you offer group bookings or bridal services?
Yes! We love being part of special moments. For group or bridal bookings, please contact us directly at dakarynails@gmail.com or through WhatsApp so we can coordinate availability and personalized options.
14. What if I arrive late to my appointment?
We allow a 10-minute grace period, but arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling—especially if other appointments are booked after yours. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

Absolutely. At Dakary Nails, we use only high-quality, salon-grade products that are safe, tested, and known for performance. Your nail health and safety are a top priority in every service we provide.
